  If I could leave a worse rate, then I would. This is the worst realty company in Bowling Green. Very rude owners and employees. Have no idea how to run a company nor satisfy their tenants. All they care about is getting their money, raise rent around the holidays and then fail to fix anything that's wrong with their apartments. Not one positive thing I have to say about them. Warning to anyone looking into renting from them, LOOK ELSEWHERE. You'll have better luck.
